How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Every major card is accepted and we never see or store your card details.
When am I charged?
On the day you subscribe, then the same day each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal linked in your receipt, in one click. You keep the coverage you have already paid for and are not charged again.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically by email after each payment, with your company details and tax number if you provide them.
What is your refund policy?
Before we start writing, cancel and we refund that payment in full. Once the article is being written the placement has already been commissioned and paid for, so it is no longer refundable — we tell you the moment work begins, so you always have a window. If we publish fewer articles than your plan guarantees, you get the shortfall back either way.
