How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Every major card is accepted and we never see or store your card details.
When am I charged?
On the day you subscribe, then the same day each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal linked in your receipt, in one click. You keep the coverage you have already paid for and are not charged again.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically by email after each payment, with your company details and tax number if you provide them.
What is your refund policy?
If we have not yet published, you can cancel and be refunded in full. Once an article is live it cannot be unpublished, so that month is not refundable.
