Notorify

Terms of service

Last updated August 25, 2026

A monthly subscription buys one written article per month, published in a guaranteed number of online news outlets in the market you choose, plus a report of where it appeared. You can cancel at any time. We guarantee how many outlets, not which ones, and nobody can guarantee a search ranking.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you (the "Client") and LiftMark LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as Notorify ("we", "us"). By subscribing you accept them.

This is a service for businesses. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service is

Each billing period your plan entitles you to one press article, written by us from a topic you approve, and submitted for publication to online news outlets in the market you select. Your plan states the guaranteed number of outlets. When publication is complete we send you a report listing each publication with a link.

Two limits are part of the product and you should read them before you buy:

  • We guarantee the number of outlets, not their identity. Outlets are selected by us and our publisher partners according to the market and the subject matter, and the specific titles vary between orders. If you need a named publication, ask us before subscribing and we will tell you whether it is possible and at what price.
  • We do not guarantee any search engine ranking, traffic volume, sales result, or that any AI assistant will cite your business. Press coverage improves the public record about you; no supplier can promise what a search engine or a language model will do with it.

3. Publisher partners

We produce and place articles through contracted publisher partners. That is how the guaranteed outlet counts are possible. It also means publication timing depends in part on third parties: the times stated on our pricing page are typical turnaround from your approval, not a contractual deadline for any individual outlet.

If an outlet declines an article, we substitute another of comparable standing so that your guaranteed count is met.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

  • Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown on our pricing page in the currency of the market you select, and that currency is what we charge.
  • Payment is taken by card through Stripe at the start of each billing period. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for each renewal.
  • Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or equivalent, which is added where applicable.
  • We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to a renewal.

5. Failed payments and suspension

If a payment fails we will retry it and notify you. If it remains unpaid we may suspend work on your account until it is settled. Suspension does not cancel your subscription; cancellation is described in section 9.

6. Your content and your promises about it

You supply the facts about your business, and you approve every article before it is submitted. You keep ownership of everything you send us, and you grant us and our publisher partners the licence needed to write, publish and report on the article.

You confirm that the material you give us:

  • is accurate and not misleading;
  • is yours to use, or properly licensed, including any logo or image;
  • does not defame anyone, infringe anyone's rights, or breach any law;
  • does not concern any business or activity we have told you we do not accept.

We may decline or withdraw any article we reasonably believe breaches the above, or that an outlet refuses on editorial grounds. Where we decline for that reason after work has begun, section 10 of the refund policy applies.

7. What we undertake

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, write to a professional standard, submit only articles you have approved, and give you a written record of what was published. Our support hours and contact routes are on our contact page.

8. Intellectual property

You keep your trade marks, logos and the information you supply. We keep the Notorify name, the site, and the materials and templates we use to deliver the service. Once published, an article is subject to the publishing outlet's own terms; we cannot promise that a published article can later be amended or removed, because that decision belongs to the outlet.

9. Cancellation and termination

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively cancel a period already paid for.
  • There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • You keep access to the period you have paid for, and we finish any article already approved and in progress.
  • We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms, if payment remains unpaid after notice, or if we are required to by law. We will tell you why.

Refunds are dealt with in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limit of liability

The service is provided as described on this site and, to the extent the law allows, without other warranties. In particular we do not warrant any commercial outcome, ranking, traffic level or AI citation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from material you supplied or approved — in particular claims that it was inaccurate, defamatory, or infringed someone's rights.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming, United States have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to them.

13. Changes, notices and the rest

We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it. Notices to us go to contact@notorify.com; notices to you go to the email address on your account. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. You may not assign this agreement without our written consent; we may assign it to a successor of our business.
