Notorify is a trading name of LiftMark LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. LiftMark LLC is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect only what a specific purpose requires:

• Enquiry details — your name, email address, and optionally company name, website and target market, when you submit a contact form or reply to one of our emails.
• Order and billing details — the business name, billing address and payment details needed to take a subscription payment. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our systems.
• Article details — the business information, topic, keywords and target link you supply for publication, plus the finished article and the record of where it was published.
• Technical data — the IP address and browser details that any web server receives in order to serve a page, together with security logs kept by our hosting and network providers.

We do not ask for and do not want special category data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometrics or similar). Please do not send it to us.

• To answer your enquiry and send you a quote or a payment link — on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
• To provide the service you bought, including writing, submitting and reporting on your article — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
• To take payment, issue invoices and keep accounting records — on the basis of our contract and our legal obligations.
• To keep the site and our accounts secure and to prevent fraud and abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interests.
• To send you service messages about your subscription, such as renewal, failed payment or delivery notices — on the basis of our contract.

Where we contact a business by email to introduce our service, we rely on legitimate interest. Every such message identifies us, states where we got your business contact details if you ask, and offers a one-click way to stop hearing from us. Ask us to stop and we stop.

We share personal data only with providers who need it to deliver the service, and only for that purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

• Publisher partners — to place your article we pass the business name, the approved article and the target market to the partners who operate our publication network. We do not pass your billing details to them.
• Payment processing — subscription payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for the payment data you enter with them.
• Email and hosting — the providers who deliver our email and serve this website process the data necessary to do so on our instructions.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are required to disclose information by law, or need advice to protect our legal rights.

LiftMark LLC is established in the United States, and our providers operate in the United States and the European Union. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, your data will therefore be transferred outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers put in place, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Enquiries that do not become orders — up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Order records, invoices and published-article records — for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and to evidence what we delivered.
• Security and server logs — short retention periods set by our hosting and network providers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it.

Write to contact@notorify.com and we will respond within one month. We will not charge you for a reasonable request and we will not treat you differently for making one. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim otherwise — but we do not store card numbers, which removes the most sensitive category of data from our systems entirely.

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
